Do you have a one-off question that needs a more in-depth answer? Could you benefit from time & space solely dedicated to you to talk about you & your dog? Or would you just like an opportunity to chat in a bit more detail about what training plan might suit your journey best?  Calls can be made via Phone, WhatsApp, or Zoom.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made by you: Cancellations for classes can be made in writing up to 48 hours prior & a full refund will be given. Individual 121 sessions can be rescheduled up to 48 hours prior to the arranged date and time, but will not be refunded. If you fail to turn up or cancel a session with less than 48 hours notice you will not be refunded. If you cancel & your place can be filled you will be provided with a refund at TKDogTraining’s discretion [minus an admin fee of £15]. Cancellations made by TKDogTraining: TKDogTraining reserves the right to cancel a session, & will only do so in extreme circumstances. [These would include adverse weather conditions such as high winds or thunderstorms, not just rain; or personal illness or accident.] TKDogTraining will try to give you at least 24 hours notice & discuss alternative options with you, such as transferring your booking to another date.
